Standard operating procedure, no matter where or when you travel

All registered rides are clearly visible in our limousine software, client website account and passenger app. A ticket reservation is sent by email to the passenger and travel organizer too.

Within 12 hours before the time of pickup, we send an email reminder referring to the details of the initial reservation so any changes could be immediately processed.

On the day of your ride, you will receive two emails and an SMS - an email informing you that the car is heading to the address, and a second email when the car arrives at the pickup location. Driver contact details being sent to the passenger and SMS.

For more convenience, real time status and details could be found at any time in the client account on our website or through the passenger app.
